1. Data Controller Identification
In accordance with KVKK, İSTMAR acts as Data Controller for personal data processed in connection with the Cove 1907 project web portal and sales operations.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data (Identity, Contact, Property Preference, Fenerbahçe SK Membership Status) is processed for the following purposes:
- Managing pre-order requests and VIP member privileges for Cove 1907 project,
- Conducting sales, marketing, and communication activities,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to official authority requests,
- Ensuring web portal security and bot protection verification.
3. Methods of Personal Data Collection
Personal data is collected through electronic forms on our web portal, digital communication channels, telephone inquiries, and customer feedback forms based on the explicit consent of data subjects or explicit provisions of applicable laws.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions, legal advisors, IT infrastructure providers, and project partners (Nata Holding A.Ş. & Fenerbahçe SK) strictly for the purposes specified above and within the boundaries set by Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of KVKK, data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed, request information if processed, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and demand erasure or destruction of their personal data.
